Find out how cheese is produced using traditional methods at the cheese-making demonstrations in the Aletsch Alpine Museum. At the alpine cheese-making workshop, you’ll also discover how our deliciously tangy alpine cheese is made. After sampling the fine alpine cheese, you can then buy some for yourself at the Alpine Museum. This activity lasts around two hours and includes a tour of the Alpine Museum in addition to the cheese-making workshop.
