  • Emergency number 144 - for all medical emergencies

  • WHERE is the scene of the accident?

  • WHO is the caller?

  • WHAT is the callback number?

  • WHAT happened exactly?

  • WHEN did the accident happen?

  • HOW MANY people are affected?

  • FURTHER Are there any special dangers? For example, petrol or electricity? Is the accident site secured?

  • Do not end the emergency call 144 until they confirm that they have understood you.
