Butter-making with tour of Alpine Museum
At the Alpine Museum in Riederalp, you’ll experience traditional crafts firsthand. Under the guidance of Roberta Brigger, you’ll make butter the “old-fashioned way”—that is, in a butter churn using cream, by continuously beating it with a paddle. This immersion in Alpine culture is rounded out with a guided tour.
