Running on paved paths or asphalt sidewalks can get boring. It is all the more liberating to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life while running and move freely in nature. The different surfaces serve as the perfect running school, training the entire musculoskeletal system. However, trail running also requires technique, which you can learn in our morning trail running course with hiking guide Klaus Minnig. The course is ideal for sporty trail running beginners.
We run one of the following two routes:
- 4-lake trail: Bettmeralp - Laggerstafelsee - Fiescheralp - Martisbergersee - Blausee - Bettmersee - Bettmeralp (18km, 800 vertical meters)
- Bettmeralp-Bettmerhorn-Bettmeralp (13km, 1000 vertical meters)
Dates: Thursdays from mid-June to mid-October
Meeting point: 8 am in front of the Hotel Aletsch, Bettmeralp
Running time: 2.5-3h
Course leader: Klaus Minnig, esa trail running guide
Number of participants: min. 2 people
Equipment: sporty, breathable clothing, good shoes
