Trail running "experienced runners"

Switching off your head, disconnecting from your daily routine, following your instincts and running where your feet take you – that’s trail running in a nutshell. Away from busy hiking trails, you can train your whole body by running on different terrain. In the “trail running for advanced runners” course, trail running guide Klaus Minnig shows you the technique and takes you through the glorious nature of the Aletsch Arena in the early morning hours.

You will be running on one of the following two routes:
-  Bettmeralp-Fiescheralp-Märjela-Bettmeralp (24,1km, 1'200 vertical metres) or
- Bettmeralp - Riederhorn - Aletschwald - Bettmeralp (16,5km, 800 vertical metres)

Dates: every Tuesday from mid-June until mid-October
Meeting point: 8:00 h in front of Hotel Aletsch, Bettmeralp
Running time: 3-4h
