The quiet location supports relaxing days, while the direct access to the ski slope and snowshoe trails is particularly appealing to winter sports guests. In winter, you can ski directly from the slope to the chalet, and in the opposite direction, you can reach the slope within a few minutes on foot. The lawn beside the house provides additional outdoor space and is also attractive for children in winter. As there are people living permanently in the upper apartment, mutual consideration is important, and noises may be audible.
