Hohfluh Viewpoint – View of the Great Aletsch Glacier
View Point Hohfluh, at 2,227 meters above sea level, is one of the most impressive viewpoints in the region. From here, a spectacular view opens up of the Great Aletsch Glacier and the imposing backdrop of more than 40 four-thousand-meter peaks in the Alps.
The majestic curves of the glacier, the vastness of the high-mountain landscape, and the unique panorama make this place an unforgettable natural experience—no matter the season.
You can easily reach the viewpoint in just a few minutes via the Hohfluh chairlift. Alternatively, a hiking trail runs year-round from Riederalp via Riederfurka to the viewing platform, inviting you to discover the fascinating landscape step by step.
