Situated near the Moosfluh cable-car you can ski directly in front of the chalet from the slopes. Situated a mere 150m from the Moosfluh cable car station a sports shop is located directly adjacent to the chalet to rent skis/bikes and other sports equipment. The  infrastructure was newly renovated in 2020 (kitchen, heating, electricity), 2021 (new windows), 2022 (new bathroom), 2023 (guest bedroom completely renovated) and 2025 (main bedroom completely renovated). The kitchen has a large fridge (227L), Nespresso coffee maschine, micro wave, dishwasher, fondue, raclette oven and many other appliances. The bathromm contains a washing maschine, ski boot dryer and was also completely renovated in autumn 2022. The whole appartement has a new infrared heating which allows individual temperature setting by room and is especially good for people with allergies. The living room also has new furniture and leather sofas and naturally has free WLAN and TV with direct access to the balcony.
