On Eggishorn view point in the Aletsch Arena, you get the whole package at one go: from here you can see not only the entire 20 kilometres of the Great Aletsch Glacier, but also Konkordiaplatz and the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Also at this spot, the highest of the four view points (2869m above sea level), you’ll find the sign of the “Grand Tour of Switzerland” by Switzerland Tourism, which offers an outstanding spot for a photo. Eggishorn view point is easily accessible by cable car from Fiescheralp. In case you feel hunger or thirst coming on, you can’t do better than the small but exquisite Horli-Hitta.
