Michael Keiser's kitchen attaches great importance to regional products and works closely with local suppliers and producers. Sustainability and quality always take centre stage.
Our specialities and recommendations range from traditional Goms cholera and juicy beef burgers made from NaturaFarm beef from the Simplon to homemade goulash soup and rye bread from our own mill and bakery. The Älplermakkaroni with apple puree are a real family favourite, loved by young and old alike - definitely worth a stop!
Whenever possible, we cook with fresh ingredients.
Offers during the winter season
Start your day with a hearty mountain breakfast (on reservation) or enjoy a special experience with a fondue in the gondola or a moonlight dinner followed by a torchlight descent. We look forward to inspiring you with culinary delights and a lot of heart!
Gastronomy combined with fun & games
There is a wooden ball track next to the Bettmerhorn restaurant in summer. The ball track consists of exciting elements that promise fast-paced fun for young and old. The wooden balls can be bought for CHF 2 from the vending machine in the Bettmerhorn restaurant and taken home as a souvenir.
