The Hotel Restaurant du Glacier is probably the most striking building in the centre of Fiesch. The Living Room and Wine Bar restaurants are lovingly furnished and have a wonderful sun terrace with awnings.

Exquisite wines and good food await you. In the evening we offer a choice menu comprising an array of regional products and house specialities. Gourmets can look forward to burrata on a bed of warm tomatoes or IOP meat on a hot stone, as well as hand-cut beefsteak tartare from the chef. And for a winter dream, how about our apple crumble? The delicious Angus beef and lamb burgers come from the village butcher, our ‘Cholera-Chüchu’ is made by hand. The traditional tarte flambée and our Pizza-style tarte flambée are baked in the stone oven.
