Start: Bettmeralp, mountain station cable car
Destination: Betten village, middle station cable car

The fast-paced route starts at the mountain station of the Bettmeralp cable car. Here you can also rent off-road scooters including helmet. Take the underpass towards Alpmatten and then follow Flurstrasse via Ried and Domo downhill. Along the way you will repeatedly pass nicely located alpine pasture huts. After about a 40-minute ride you reach the idyllic village of Betten. From here you take the cable car back up to Bettmeralp.

Important:
Children accompanied by parents can rent a scooter from 10 years old. Youth from 16 years old can also rent the off-road scooters without parental accompaniment. Scooters are fundamentally approved for only one person! Carrying children on the scooter is not allowed.

The minimum age for children accompanied by parents is 10 years.
Youth from 16 years of age may rent a scooter without adult supervision.
Scooters are only approved for one person. Carrying children is not allowed.
Driving style and speed must be adapted to the terrain, own abilities, and other road users.
Riding is fundamentally at your own risk.
Expect oncoming traffic, pedestrians, vehicles, and livestock along the entire route.
Do not leave marked paths.
Behave considerately towards other path users, plants, and animals.

Via canton road 19 to the Bettmeralp valley station exit. Take the Bettmeralp cable car (Aletsch Bahnen AG) up to Bettmeralp.

Large, paid parking lot/garage at the valley station of the Bettmeralp cable car (Aletsch Bahnen AG).

By train from Brig or Oberwald to Bettmeralp valley station. Take the Bettmeralp cable car (Aletsch Bahnen AG) up to Bettmeralp.
