From the mountain station of the Bettmeralp cable car, walk eastwards through the village to Hotel Aletsch: Here is the start of the Helsana Swiss Running Walking Trail. Initially follow the fairly flat path, past the Seilpark Baschweri, to Martisbergeralp. After about 30 minutes of walking, the path leads you in a 180° turn back to the west. After a slight ascent, it levels out again and you now walk towards Alte Stafel. From there you reach the starting point via the downhill path past the Möriken-Wildegg group house.
