- Destination: Mörel, gondola valley station
From Mörel-Filet take the gondola up to the mid-station at Ried-Mörel. Follow the path along the Great Trench. At the height of Greich, located on the other side of the trench, cross the gorge. The path is narrow but easy to walk. From Greich, hike past the distinctive mid-station of the Mörel-Riederalp cable car toward Goppisberg. The path runs above the road, later between avalanche barriers and through a forest, until it meets the road again just before Goppisberg. Follow this for about 100 meters, then turn onto the gravel path branching off to the right, which leads down to Goppisberg. On the way back, hike via Breiten back to Mörel-Filet.
