Edible plants and medicinal herbs
Discover the incredible variety of alpine flora in the Alpine Garden on the Wild Herb Walk in the Aletsch Arena. On this walk in search of medicinal herbs in Valais, you’ll find out what delicious dishes can be made from edible wild plants and berries in the Aletsch region. The Aletsch Wild Herb Tour through the Alpine Garden led by botanist Isabella Albrecht takes about an hour.
