On the Aletsch Glacier circular tour on skis, you take the gondola lift to Fiescheralp and then the chairlift to Talegga or to Eggishorn, depending on the conditions. After a quick traverse to the Tälligrat, the first wonderful descent onto the Aletsch Glacier begins. You then cross over the Aletsch Glacier and, depending on the conditions, the ski tour then continues with an ascent to Biel or Tälligrat before descending back down to Fiescheralp.

Requirements: Sufficient experience in deep snow skiing and ski touring (3-hour ascent).
Equipment: Ski/touring clothing incl. helmet, ski touring equipment incl. climbing skins and crampons, avalanche transceiver, climbing harness, sunglasses/ski goggles, food and drink. The weight of the rucksack must be kept to a minimum.
