The Jungfraujoch/Lake Märjelen glacier hike starts with a train ride to the Jungfraujoch. On this guided alpine hike, you’ll pass the Great Aletsch Glacier before reaching the Konkordia Hut, which is one of the most charming in the Western Swiss Alps. You’ll spend the night here and take in the final rays of sun. On the second day of this hike in the Aletsch Arena, you’ll continue to Lake Märjelen, a place steeped in legend.
Dates: always Saturday until Sunday from July until mid-August

Requirements: sure-footedness, no mountaineering experience required

If desired, the tour can also be done from Riederalp to the Konkordia hut and back to Riederalp the next day. Please contact the mountain guide and ask for the dates.
