SUMMER VOUCHERS

The summer voucher is redeemable for the entire summer range in the Aletsch Bahnen AG webshop. This includes the following product categories and products:

• Aletsch Discovery Pass
• Aletsch Bike Pass 
• Single tickets* to the View Points
• One-day outings: Mountain Lunch Package, Autumn Sun
• Selected summer experiences: Sunrise Ride, Out and About with the Management, Restaurant Voucher, Mountain Breakfast 
• Leisure activities: scooters, ropes park, mountain carts

* The summer vouchers are redeemable for the following routes:

Mörel - Hohfluh/Moosfluh | Riederalp - Hohfluh/Moosfluh | Betten valley station - Bettmerhorn | Bettmeralp - Bettmerhorn | Fiesch - Eggishorn | Fiescheralp - Eggishorn

The voucher can be redeemed once only and any remaining balance will not be paid out. 

The amount of the summer voucher is based on the following age categories:

• Adults CHF 50
• Teenagers CHF 40
• Children CHF 25

The Autumn Sun product is available at Aletsch Bahnen AG sales points and in the webshop. The summer voucher can only be used for the online booking of the Autumn Sun.

Summer Vouchers can be redeemed from 10 June to 22 October 2023. Whether a booking can be made in the webshop depends on the offer validity period and the availability of the individual products.

All Summer Vouchers issued in the winter season 2022/23 can be redeemed in the webshop from 10 June 2023 on, to purchase products in the ALETSCH BAHNEN SA summer range.

Yes, the Summer Voucher can be used to purchase a restaurant voucher (CHF 50, 40, 25) from the webshop. This can be redeemed at the following ALETSCH BAHNEN SA restaurants:

• Alpenlodge Kühboden
• Bettmerhorn Panorama Restaurant
• Hotel Aletsch Mörel
• Buvette Moosfluh
• Bättmerhitta
• Bättmerträff
• Riederfurka Mountain Restaurant

The restaurant voucher can be redeemed once only and any remaining balance will not be paid out. The paper Summer Voucher cannot be redeemed directly at the restaurant and must be converted into a restaurant voucher in advance.

The summer range will be available in the Aletsch Arena webshop from the end of May. The Summer Vouchers can be redeemed on the following product categories and products from 10 June 2023 on:

Yes, the value of the voucher is deducted from the total amount in the shopping cart. Any number of products can be placed in the shopping cart. The voucher code may be used once only and any remaining balance will not be credited.

No, multiple voucher codes cannot be redeemed for the same booking. Only one code can be redeemed per booking. If you wish to use more than one code, you have to make separate bookings.

No, the Summer Vouchers can only be redeemed in the webshop for products from the summer range.

Every booking of a multi-day ski pass of at least six days or more in the winter season 2022/23 was rewarded with a free ALETSCH BAHNEN SA Summer Voucher. If you booked the ski pass via the webshop, you will be sent the summer voucher by e-mail at the end of May 2023. If you bought a ski pass from a ticket counter locally, you were given a voucher which included a booking code.

If you used the webshop to book, the vouchers will be sent to the email address associated with your booking at the end of May 2023. In some cases, the e-mail is filtered out and saved to your spam folder, so please check your spam/junk-mail folder first. 

If there is no email in your spam folder either, please contact us at info@aletscharena.ch and send us the booking information for your ski pass.
