In the car-free Bettmeralp, you reside embedded in the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Aletsch and enjoy short distances to mountain experiences in every season. In winter, you can easily reach the ski area, cross-country ski trails, and winter hiking paths via the nearby shuttle lift and the Alpmattenbahn. In summer, hikes through the protected Aletsch region start right at the house. The south, west, and east orientations ensure plenty of daylight and unobstructed views of the Valais Alps.
