House Lusa, attic flat with gallery, 4 beds, a closed bedroom with 2 beds and a pull-out bed in the living room. and south-facing balcony with an unobstructed view of the mountains. Sun morning to afternoon approx. 3:30 pm. Breakfast available on the balcony.

The flat is located on the 4th floor, which can be reached by lift to the 3rd floor and via some stairs to the 4th floor.

Ski room and ski boot dryer are located in the basement for tenants and owners. Also the washing machine, tumble dryer can be used for a fee.

Next door is the Coop branch with a wide range of products, open daily during the seasons. Nearby electric bus station Bettmeralp-Riederalp, only in summer and autumn.

On the same floor we can also offer you an additional flat, maximum 7 people.

Handover of the flat on Saturdays at 5 p.m. or according to agreement with the landlord, is defined in the rental agreement.

Price info

Final cleaning by the landlord. However, the flat must be left tidy.
The rubbish must be disposed of by the tenant. Damage caused by the tenant must be reported to the landlord and will be invoiced to the tenant.
We require a deposit of CHF 100.00, which you will receive back when you hand over the flat, provided that everything is in order and no property damage is found.
Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels and kitchen utensils are provided to the landlord for use. The tenant can take his own laundry, no sleeping bags allowed and in consultation with the landlord.
