House Lusa, attic flat with gallery, 7 beds and south-facing balcony with unobstructed views of the mountains. Sun in the morning until approx. 15:30 in the afternoon. Breakfast on the balcony possible.

The flat is located on the 4th floor and can be easily reached with the house lift. There is a shoe rack in front of the entrance. You first enter an anteroom with 2 beds, then you reach a locked cloakroom, from there you enter the loft flat (64 square metres). The rather small kitchen is well equipped, Nespresso machine, from winter 2023/2024 new kitchen with dishwasher. We provide herbs, sugar and tea. Next door is a corner bench with extendable table. In the cosy living area there are 2 sofas with TV. There are two beds under the gallery floor, this part can be separated from the living room by a curtain. An easily accessible staircase leads to the gallery floor, where there are 3 beds. The bathroom has a shower with bath, WC and hairdryer.

There is a ski room and ski boot dryer for tenants and owners in the basement. You can also use the washing machine and tumble dryer for a fee.

We can also offer you a flat on the same floor, max. 4 persons

Next door is the Coop shop with a wide range of products, open daily during the season. Ideal starting point for wonderful excursions. In summer, the Bettmeralp-Riederalp electric bus station is nearby.
