SPECIAL FEATURE for our tenants:
a) During their stay, tenants are responsible for washing the bed linen and towels used by the previous tenants.
The laundry room is located right next to the apartment and can be used at any time.
The costs are covered by the landlord.
This means you don't have to wash your laundry on the day of departure and can leave it for the next tenant.
b) The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning.
The landlord provides the necessary cleaning materials.
Experience shows that it takes about 90 minutes to clean the apartment thoroughly.
In return, you can use the apartment until 12 noon.
