Numerous wildlife crossings can be found between gnarled conifers. Rocks and moraines tell of the glacier's history and mosses and tree seedlings thrive on dead wood. Along the way in the Aletsch Forest, employees of the center will tell you about the life of the plants and animals on the edge of the glacier.
The hike takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes with a descent and ascent of about 250 meters. The offer is suitable for adults and children aged 7 and over.
