The car-free Riederalp and the NEAT connection through the Lötschberg base tunnel literally invite you to leave your car at home and travel by train.
In Brig⁄Visp, change to the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn and travel to Mörel.
Mörel can also be reached via Goms. This journey goes from Zurich or Basel to Göschenen, where you change again to the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn and travel through Goms to Mörel.
