Experience a delightful evening dedicated to Valais cuisine! At the Gsottus evening at Hotel Aletsch Mörel, you can enjoy traditional specialties, local ingredients, and a cozy atmosphere.

On the menu: Valais Gsottus with all the classics—beef brisket, ham, bacon, boiled and sheep’s meat, beef tongue, dried ribs, white sausage, and blood sausage. Served with cabbage, sauerkraut, potatoes, rice, and red wine pears.
To start: a hearty broth with garnish – To finish: Valais Sii.
