In winter it is about 200 meters to the Alpmatten ski lift. The free persone pedestrian lift is about 300 m away from the chalet.
From the ski area, you can ski back to the Chalet.
The terrace offers a breathtaking view (to the south) on the Valais Alps.

Booking conditions: Rental period from 16.00 o'clock of the first to 9.00 o'clock of the last renting day.

Payment in bank account: 50% of the rent upon signing the lease, residual rent plus utilities 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation the tenant remains liable for the rent, unless a re-letting comes to pass.

The deposit of 50% is due in any case. If the cancellation period is 61 days or less or if the arrival does not take place, then the full rental amount is owed. Replacement tenant: The tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. This must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord.
He enters the contract on the existing terms. Tenants and replacement tenants are jointly and severally liable for the rent. Decisive for the calculation of the cancellation fee, the receipt of the notice by the landlord or the booking office (at Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays applies the next working day). In case of premature termination of the rental the entire amount of the invoice remains due.
