The brothers Andreas (right) and Michael Walker acquired all shares in Riederhoru AG on 30 September 2025 from Daniel Dufing, making them the sole owners from 1 October. Hans Peter Wigger (centre) took the management of the zRiederhoru restaurant on 1 October. He worked as the chef at zRiederhoru last summer and has many years’ experience in the restaurant industry.
