The location
The apartment is in the Chalet called “Nussbaum” on Bettmeralp (bettmeralp.ch) in Valais 2000m above Sea level.
You can reach the apartment in 15min walking distance from the cable car Station.
The apartment
The apartment is on the first floor and about 90 square meters big. It has a parents bedroom (double bed), a children's bedroom (one bed and a bunk bed = 3 beds), a bathroom with a shower + toilet and a sitting room with a big kitchen. There's a couch in the sitting room that can be turned into another bed (no sheets included). Bedsheets and towels for 5 people are included. The kitchen is modern and has a dishwasher.
The apartment was ready in autumn 2015.

The surroundings
In the summer you can go swimming in the “Bettmersee” which is only 100 meters away. The lake is very popular in the summer and famous for its calmness and location right at the bottom of the “Bettmerhorn” (2700m above Sea level).
The sports and leisure center “Bachtla” is also only about 2min walking distance away and offers a big indoor swimming pool with a slide, bouncy castles and a restaurant which gives a great opportunity when the weather is bad.
Additional Options
On the ground floor we also offer a Wellness area with a Sauna, “sensory-shower” and chill out area. In the summer one can use the barbecue area at the back of the house.

We are hoping that you are feeling well in our holiday home <
• The apartment is a non-smoking apartment
• Please don’t feed the birds around the house
• All shoes are allowed to be put on the shoe-heater so you don’t need to take them up to the apartment
• Ventilation: Even if it’s cold outside, please open the windows the whole way twice during the day (a few minutes is enough), afterwards close the windows completely (the opening of the windows half way is only allowed on warm days)
• From 11:00 in the morning until 12:15 the dishwasher will stop and automatically go on afterwards
• Because of all the animals around, please don’t leave any rubbish bags outside over night. Since November 2014 the rubbish bag fee has been introduced on Bettmeralp. We provide one bag per week, if you need more, you can buy them one by one in the supermarket. Also you can bring paper, glass, plastic bottles and cans to the rubbish houses (see rubbish information Bettmeralp in the folder)
• On your departure day we ask you to take off the bedsheets and put them into the washing basket (it will be put in front of your door the previous evening)
• Also we ask you to leave the dishes and cutlery clean
• To remember: On the departure day the apartment has to be left at 10:00am latest !
• If anything is missing or broken, please let us know.
