Riederalp snowmaking facilities

Completion of the last stage of the technical snowmaking facilities on Riederalp.

This summer, Aletsch Bahnen AG is set to complete the final stage of the snowmaking facility on Riederalp. This will be good news for the area of Greicherläger, Alpenrose and Brigger, which covers a total of 2.4 km.

Artificial snowmaking is particularly important in this sector. It allows Riederalp West to be accessed via the slopes even when there is little natural snow.
