The 4-km-long Suonenweg trail will open on 28 June 2025. It will also receive ‘Bisses du Valais 2025’ status. The Suonenweg trail will be incorporated into the ‘Les bisses du Valais’ project. The Fiescher Wyssa bisse draws its water from the Wysswasser river. The bisse runs in the open up above the Fieschertal valley to Fiesch. From Fiesch railway station, you cross the tracks and walk uphill towards the upper part of the village. After reaching the cable car cables, you follow the bisse to its water intake point. For the return leg, you can walk along part of the old Lagger Wyssa bisse trail which runs about 50 metres higher up the slope.
