This new company aims to establish attractive long-term conditions for accommodation and restaurant providers in the Aletsch Arena and to support their strategic development. Board members include locals Armin Berchtold, Stefan Volken and Martin Luternauer (entrepreneurs and second-home owners) and Kevin Kunz (longstanding CEO of Seiler Hotels Zermatt and CEO Kursaal Bern).
In an initial step, Aletsch Hospitality Holding AG will take over two existing local businesses: Hotel Salina Maris in Mörel and the Golfhotel Riederhof on Riederalp. Jürgen Marx will take up the position of CEO on 1 November 2025. He has a proven track record in the hotel and restaurant industry.
