The FIS races are official competitions of the International Ski Federation (FIS) held in Bettmeralp. The venue is the well-established Schönbiel racecourse.
The event is organized by the Bettmeralp Snow Sports Club in cooperation with Aletsch Bahnen AG and numerous volunteers.
This monday and Tuesday features two giant slalom races, with valuable FIS points up for grabs on both days.
Many athletes from Switzerland and abroad will showcase their skills on the slope.
Sunday will also be partially used as a training day.
