Programme: Cable car ride to Hohfluh, yoga lesson with breathing exercises and various yoga exercises for deep relaxation at the view point (75 minutes), breathing and meditation exercises during the walk through the Aletsch Forest and introduction to Shinrin-yoku forest bathing (75 minutes), end respectively individual walk back to Riederfurka/Riederalp.
