Programme: Walk from Hohfluh valley station to Riederfurka (30 minutes), breathing and meditation exercises during the walk through the Aletsch Forest and introduction to Shinrin-yoku forest bathing (75 minutes), yoga lesson with breathing exercises and various yoga exercises for deep relaxation at the view point (75 minutes), end respectively individual walk back to Riederfurka.
