A mindful forest walk (forest bathing) is about discovering the healing atmosphere of the forest with all your senses. Allow your lungs to breathe in a relaxed way, send your senses on their own adventure journey and strengthen your immune system. Simply being there, looking, listening, smelling, feeling or even tasting. Take a breather from everyday life, breathe freely and recharge your batteries.
During the following yoga you connect even more with your own body & breath. Being one with yourself and nature.

Program: Individual walk up to Riederfurka (approx. 30 minutes from Riederalp West, approx. 40 minutes from Riederalp Mitte, see route description). We meet in front of the restaurant Riederfurka and hike from there with all our senses through the beautiful Aletsch forest (forest bathing) - on the hike there are breathing and meditation exercises, afterwards we practice yoga with a view of the beautiful Aletsch glacier (10 minutes from Hohfluh mountain station). Farewell and individual walk wherever the path takes you.
