This voucher can be redeemed online in the webshop during summer 2026. When you buy your multi-day ski pass online, the gift voucher will be automatically sent to you by email in May 2026. Details on when you can redeem your gift voucher, which products you can book, and many other questions and answers can be found on this page. Yes, the Summer Voucher can be used to purchase a restaurant voucher (CHF 50, 40, 25) from the webshop. The summer range will be available in the Aletsch Arena webshop from mid-May. Yes, the value of the voucher is deducted from the total amount in the shopping cart. Any number of Aletsch Bahnen AG products can be placed in the shopping cart. The voucher code may be used once only and any remaining balance will not be credited. - Can I use more than one voucher code in the same booking? No, multiple voucher codes cannot be redeemed for the same booking. Only one code can be redeemed per booking. If you wish to use more than one code, you have to make separate bookings. - How long can the Summer Vouchers be redeemed? Summer Vouchers can be redeemed from 6 June to 25 October 2026. Whether an offer is available in the webshop depends on the offer validity period and the availability of the individual products. - Can I redeem my Summer Voucher directly at a point of sale? No, the Summer Vouchers can only be redeemed in the webshop for products from the summer range. - How do I get a Summer Voucher? Each booking of a multi-day ski pass of at least 6 days or more in the 2025/26 winter season will receive a summer voucher from Aletsch Bahnen AG. Those who book their ski pass through the webshop will receive the summer voucher by e-mail in May 2026. For ski passes purchased on-site, the voucher with a booking code will be handed out manually. - I booked my ski pass (six or more days) online but have not received a voucher code. What should I do? For bookings made via the webshop, the vouchers will be sent by email in May 2026 to the email address provided at the time of booking. In some cases, the e-mail may be filtered into the spam folder. Please check your spam folder first. If there is no email in your spam folder either, please contact us at  and send us the booking details of your ski pass.
