A mindful forest walk (forest bathing) is about discovering the healing atmosphere of the forest with all your senses. Allow your lungs to breathe in a relaxed way, send your senses on their own adventure journey and strengthen your immune system. Simply being there, looking, listening, smelling, feeling or even tasting. Take a breather from everyday life, breathe freely and recharge your batteries.
