From the Fiesch tourist office, ride eastwards out of the village towards Lax and turn left by the tennis court. After crossing the Rhone bridge by the power station and covering a short distance across country, follow the Binntalstrasse up to Ernen. From there, take the road to Alpe Frid and shortly afterwards switch to the dirt track that runs uphill to Mühlebach. Return to the cycle route at the exit of the village. The tour runs past Steinhaus along the Rottenweg path and up through the Goms valley as far as Biel. Cross the Rhone bridge here and follow the easily rideable forest and dirt track into the Bieligertal. Your destination is the traditional Wallibachhütte (closed summer 2019) with its delicious Valais specialities. Though you'll need to push your bike the last few metres to the hut, it's well worth the effort. For the return journey, make your way back along the forest road to Biel and then continue on Furkastrasse via Blitzingen and Niederwald - birthplace of the famous hotelier César Ritz - until you arrive in Fiesch.
Please inform about the accessibility of the trail beforehand.
