Take the cable car up to Bettmerhorn view point and enjoy the panoramic vista of the Great Aletsch Glacier before you start. The downhill run to Bettmeralp is a smooth ride along a wide dirt track. The trail passes beneath the Bettmerhorn cable car and past Schönbühl mountain station. On arriving at Bettmeralp, take the asphalt road to the slight rise in front of Moosfluh chairlift. Turn left there and cycle past the St. Bernhard Chapel. After a short distance, the road turns into a dirt track, which you follow until you can turn left onto the Goppisberg single trail. In Goppisberg, you switch to the next single trail and continue on down to Breiten and Mörel-Filet. As you head downhill, you cross the asphalt road several times or follow it for a short distance.
