Domodossola enjoy Italian flair

19/02/2016

Beautiful piazzas and a wealth of cafés and restaurants – Domodossola, the city on the banks of the Toce whose origins date back to Roman times, is perfect for pleasurable strolls. The market, held every Saturday on the Piazza del Mercato, is famous far beyond the city limits. If you're not in a shopping mood, take a stroll through the city's idyllic alleyways and admire magnificent Renaissance buildings such as the Palazzo Silva, visit museums or follow the pilgrims' path to the Sacro Monte Calvario.
