You can enjoy exquisitely prepared haute cuisine as well as the renowned Valais specialties such as cheese fondue, raclette, air-dried meat, the farmhouse ham known as “Hamme” and the spicy local sausages (known as “Hüswurschtjini” in the pleasant local dialect).
