Barrier-free in the Aletsch Arena

Accessible holiday fun

The accessible Aletsch Arena infrastructure from the valley right up to 2869 m enables people with disabilities to experience the most liberating nature experience of the Alps in summer in all its glory.

Access roads and entrances, car parks, toilets, access to the lifts and some of the hiking trails have been designed for disabled access during the summer season. Some View Points (Bettmerhorn and Eggishorn) with spectacular views of the Great Aletsch Glacier are also fully accessible, even for wheelchairs.
